Morgan has been out at BYU band camp this past week. She really likes her sousaphone section this year. We haven't heard much from her. I know they work hard and work all day and that she falls asleep as soon as possible. The other day was "spirit day" and everyone was supposed to wear school colors. Apparently the sousaphones are "anti-spirit" so they wore red. Morgan said it is the first and last time they will wear red. Notice some of the shirts - like (gasp) Utah an Ohio. Morgan found her shirt at Deseret Industries (the church's equivalent of Salvation Army). What is more "anti-spirit" than Communist Russia?

Yay for the United Soviet Socialist Republics emblazoned upon a t-shirt! I hope she's having a good time sousaphoning and generally running around. I hope she and Paul knock on each other's door once in a while.
Heehee, that looks like a fun group! Did any of them get harassed for their choices??
Also, the boy over Morgan's shoulder on the right, looks like a boy from my home ward (Farmington Ward). Is it a Jon Young, perhaps? If so, what a small world!
Gasp, I don't know if Uncle Mike will approve of that t-shirt even if it's all in fun...haha. Glad to see that Morgan is having so much fun before school actually starts and that she's staying busy.
Whenever I see the CCCP, it always reminds me of the 1980 hockey game against the Russians. Cool shirt, it's sooooo 1980. Wait, Morgan can't sport clothing circa 1980! She wasn't even around! Tell ya what, get her a set of those wicked gauchos you and Sara used to love and then the set will be complete.
You told me there would be a picture of your pineapple, there is no picture of your pineapple.
